Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Department operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
Order Processing Times:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship within two business days, based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM EST, Monday through Thursday, when choosing FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. Same-day shipping is subject to product availability.
- Product availability can be confirmed after customer emails Customer Service at sales@sensorcon.com with order number.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Thursday will be processed the following Monday, as our Shipping Department is closed Friday through Sunday.
- For all orders shipping outside of the United Sates, the customer will be responsible for any duty fees.
